As a steel company, we believe that materials play an important role in accelerating human development. Every time a new material is developed, great inventions and disruptions occur. None of these buildings would have been completed without steel materials, whether carbon steel, stainless steel or super alloys. With this belief in mind, we named our company ZhiSheng, which means winning by intelligence.

Our vision defines our strategy to carry out our mission. We call it a hybrid strategy because it entails two parts: product development and market development.
While our company thrives on its initial carbon steel & stainless steel business, we have a considerable amount of old customers demand super alloys like Monel, Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy. That’s how we increase our production line and pursue product development strategy. We also adopt market development strategy. With the development of new media and new technology, we will make our products and solutions more accessible to new markets.

About Us

ZhiSheng Industries is a proudly Chinese owned business that is specialized in steel pipeline manufacturing, stocking and one-stop supplying all over the world. Through the years, and as our market expertise grew, we shifted more of our selling efforts to include the Oil & Gas industry, Ship Builders, Power and Energy, Mining. QUALITY CONTROL

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

ZhiSheng Industries carries out a strict audit on suppliers, checking their production qualification and capacity to ensure that the quality control procedures of raw materials meet the requirements. In addition, the company also evaluates the suppliers every year and evaluates the past quality control, document control, delivery time, and other information to ensure that the suppliers meet our product quality requirements.

BEFORE PRODUCTION

After receiving the hot-rolled coil and rough pipe of raw materials, the quality assurance department sends an inspector for visual inspection, to eliminate cracks, pits, and other defects on the surface of the material to affect the subsequent production. In addition to visual inspection, the inspection personnel also takes samples from the material for chemical composition analysis and mechanical experiment according to the standard requirements, and compare the inspection results with the data on the material quality certificate issued by the material supplier. If the analysis results do not meet the requirements of the standard, the raw material will be returned to the supplier for replacement.

DURING PRODUCTION

In order to ensure that our pipes meet the standard requirements, the quality engineers, on-site inspection personnel and front-line production workers need to make great efforts. In the production process, we will carry out the following inspection and test on the steel pipe according to the standard requirements:

Tensile Test

That measures the force required to pull on a pipe. By analyzing these results, engineers can determine whether a material is suitable for its intended application.

Metallographic Test

Metallographic tests are one of the important means of experimental research on metal materials.

Charpy Impact Test

It is generally a test method to determine the safety, reliability, and effectiveness of the product when it is subjected to external impact or action.

Chemical Component Analysis

For spectral analysis, the emission spectrum or absorption spectrum can be used. This method has the advantage of being very sensitive and fast.

Drop-Weight Tear Test

This experiment is to use a drop hammer at a certain height to break the sample in the state of a supported beam and evaluate the relevant performance results.

Flattening Test

The flattening test is a test method used to test the deformation performance of a metal tube flattened to a specified size and to show its defects.
